I am a Board-Certified Neurointensivist and General & Vascular Neurologist, practicing in Texas for over a decade. My professional journey blends clinical excellence with academic leadership—I serve as a clinician, educator, researcher, and mentor to medical students, residents, and fellows across several prominent academic institutions in Texas.

Beyond the realm of medicine, I am deeply engaged in commercial real estate investing. Over the past five years, I have personally invested in nearly 50 properties nationwide across diverse asset classes. As an Accredited Investor since 2018, I began actively participating in commercial real estate in 2020, focusing on syndications and collaborative ventures with experienced operator teams across the country.

My primary role in active investments includes capital raising for syndications and serving as a Key Principal (KP) or loan guarantor. As a co-General Partner (co-GP) and Joint Venture (JV) partner, I have helped acquire properties totaling over $60 million in assets under management (AUM), comprising 368 doors across markets in Denver, Michigan,  Pennsylvania, Texas, Georgia, and Kansas City.

Our investment strategy is centered around recession-resilient assets, with a particular focus on Student Housing, Class B/C Multifamily, and Medical Office Buildings—sectors that consistently demonstrate durability through economic cycles.
